HomeBridge is one of the largest privately held, non-bank lenders in the United States. They specialize in facilitating and securing home mortgage financial solutions. In the last 25 years, HomeBridge has grown to include nearly 3,000 associates throughout its corporate offices, 250 retail branches and two wholesale divisions, HomeBridge Wholesale and REMN Wholesale.
The new HomeBridge website needed a complete overhaul with a new user focused information architecture and sitemap, as well as new design. The objective was simple it needed to focus on the customers by giving them specific user journeys. The new site had to be modern, clean, and customer-focused. We needed to speak to two user segmentations: borrowers and buyers as well as an employment bucket that covered the agents, recruits and builders.
