Dynamite IT needed to consolidate service contracts and transform how IT services are provided. The client was looking to provide an overarching services integrator that would transform operations through innovation, increase efficiency, drive service provider accountability, and improve customer service. This new system needed an overall governance structure with program/project support to manage infrastructure. Through in-depth user interviews, user role breakdowns and the creation of user flows we were able to design a brand and propose a robust system that covered all user types. We were able to create a unified process with service strategy that fully transformed the customer service operations.
